Whats Involved:
- After pre purchasing this product we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time.
- This inspection can typically take up to an hour. We allow a minimum hour charge which should be sufficient for most sized homes. However subsequent hours on site will be at $95 +gst.
- You will receive a Section 3. Certificate of verification under AS/NZS 3019 and a Home Health Check.
- Additionally to this certification and Home Health check we will inform you of anything that could potentially cause a hazard or other recommendations to consider before selling or buying the property.
- This process will enable you to make an informed decision about the property in question.
Some factors discovered during the pre-purchase electrical inspection inform the buyer. Therefore are more than happy to be aware of and include in the budgeting when they go ahead with a purchase.
We can also offer quotations to repair any work or fix small things on the spot.
Checks are completed by a Registered Electrical Inspector
Our local travel charge is within a 25km radius from Bayfair. However if you fall outside this zone we are more than happy to travel further a field. Additional charges are a dollar per KM outside the zone.
